This form provides access to this database for the registration of participants in the Creative Industries in Saint Lucia.

Registration is open to St. Lucian nationals who also reside in Saint Lucia.

Please fill out all five (5) sections of the registration form. Required information is indicated by a bold red asterix (*)

Username must be unique and may only contain letters, numbers, dashes (-) and underscores (_).

Password should be at least 8 characters long, contain at least one one lower case letter, one upper case letter and one digit/number.

Please enter the following:

• at least two (2) forms of identification under the Identification section
• a phone (land line) number and/or a mobile phone number
• email address
• physical/home and mailing/postal address
• district of residence (if you reside in Saint Lucia)

Additional profile information can be entered after registration is complete and you have logged in. These details will assist in decision-making regarding programme applications made by registrants.

You may be required to submit the following documents in order to be approved for our programmes:

• One letter of recommendation from any one of the following:
  • reputable groups or umbrella bodies
  • a state agency with a history of or mandate to work in the cultural sector
  • an academic or educator in the cultural sector
  • an academic institution with a history of or mandated to work in the cultural sector
  • an established artist
• Original academic certificates and copies of the same
